Life in pieces

My life
Your life
They all lie in pieces.
The combination of which
Creates an elaborate puzzle,
That although unbenounst to us
Shapes our Universe.
Some pieces are darker than others.
Some can't help but be seen.
While others choose to stand in the shadows.
A space filler for all time.
I paint the image that appears on my puzzle piece.
I determine how important it is to the picture we are creating.
There is only one who holds the box.
Only one who sees what the picture is soon to become.
All our pieces are important.
Without one the puzzle is incomplete.
